Prestigious West London aesthetic/cosmetic surgery business are looking for a customer service focused Senior Receptionist. The business caters for a high-profile clientele and as such are looking for someone well-presented with experience and love of cosmetic surgery/ aesthetic treatments and customer services.

Please note the role requires previous experience from as a receptionist working for a cosmetic surgery or aesthetic clinic.

The Role

The role of the Senior Receptionist is to work supportively with the team. To co-ordinate the patient welcome and their departure: processing billing and ensuring seamless efficiency, providing an excellent in-clinic patient experience.

This is a rewarding role for an individual who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced setting and who understands the high standards and requirements of the receptionist role in a busy private, consultant-led clinic. Being proactive is a key trait for this role; with the ability to act decisively and intuitively; ensuring the needs of the patient and their personalised care is prioritised.


The following will ensure you are successful in the role

• Receptionist experience in a busy private medical / aesthetic / clinical setting

• Experience working with consultants and healthcare professionals

• A team player with the ability to deliver their roles and responsibilities in a calm and efficient manner while working in a busy environment.

• Excellent relationship builder – ability to create strong working relationships across different departments and consultants.

• Experience of working in a similar high-end environment, delivering exceptional levels of service, professionalism and discretion

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and immaculate written English

• Excellent numerical skills

• A polished and professional manner

• Excellent IT and administrative skills.

• A 'can do' attitude.

• A calm demeanour with prior experience working under pressure using sensitivity and discretion always.

• Keen interest in aesthetics and wellness
