Graduate Engineering Surveyor – 2026 Development Programme – UK Wide

What you'll do
* Assist in ensuring that the project has the appropriate survey control network to fulfil the construction requirements.
* Set out the works in accordance with the contract requirements before work is programmed to commence and under the instruction.
* Share expert advice and guidance to the members of the engineering survey teams and other parts of the business related to engineering surveying and geospatial best practice.
* Provide a topographical survey in preparation for engineering works on site, setting out for the works, reports and measures and final survey information.
* Ensure that advances in technology are used to optimise operational efficiency and are cost efficient.
* Actively engage with the Skanska Graduate Programme for professional development.
What you bring to the role
* Studying towards or completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering Surveying, Geospatial Engineering or a related discipline.
* Ability to use survey instruments, software and working methods.
* Ability to present and communicate engineering surveying data.
* This role requires visits to sites across the UK. As such, we would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year of working with us.
