The Role
* Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Encourage students to develop a strong understanding of both physical and human Geography
* Create engaging and challenging learning experiences that inspire curiosity and achievement
* Differentiate learning to support students of varying abilities and backgrounds
* Monitor progress and provide effective feedback to help students reach their potential
* Contribute positively to the Humanities department and wider school community
* Support enrichment opportunities, educational visits, and extracurricular activities where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
* Ability to motivate and engage students through creative and effective teaching
* High expectations for student behaviour, progress, and attainment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative and professional approach to working within a school environment
