What We Offer
* £130 per day + Commission (See below)
* Commission: 20% on product sales, 10% on premium services carried out, 20% on referrals created by you.

What We're Looking For
Skills.
* Strong clipper and scissor work
* Able to do fades, beard trims, hot towel shaves and other premium services
* Strong communication skills
* Organised
* Open to learning
Experience. 3+ years in a professional barbershop
Your Role
* Provide high-quality haircuts, beard work, and grooming services
* Upsell aftercare products (Which you'll take 20% of)
* Provide premium services (Which you'll take 10% of each customer you serve)
* Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Build strong relationships with clients
Location: Lingfield, Surrey
Hours: Full-time available (Part time may be discussed)
Start Date: Immediate for the right candidate
