Role Purpose
As we continue to grow here at Co‑op Live and gear up for an impeccable line up of events, we’re looking for a detail‑driven Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract (3 days per week).
Responsibilities
* Managing end‑to‑end payroll processing for our fast‑moving team here at the Arena.
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all payroll and benefits administration.
* Acting as a trusted advisor for all payroll‑related queries.
* Partnering with our People & Culture Manager to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
* Supporting the rollout of new benefits and initiatives as we continue to elevate our culture.

Compensation
Up to £32,000 pro rata plus benefits.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things just right.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, team‑oriented mindset – you love making things smoother, simpler, and smarter.
* An all‑round team player, you’ll be able to collaborate with teams and staff here at Co‑op Live, providing excellent customer service.
Please note this is a 6‑month FTC to start – ideally immediately. This role is working 3 days per week on‑site.
