A large and well-established secondary school in Sheffield is seeking a meticulous and organised HR & Compliance Officer to oversee recruitment processes, safeguarding compliance, and staff record management. This is a key role within the school’s administrative structure and directly supports the school’s commitment to safer recruitment and statutory compliance. The successful candidate will ensure that all HR and safeguarding processes are robust, audit-ready, and fully compliant with current legislation and best practice.
