Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end resource management process across multiple consulting teams Partner closely with Partners and Engagement Managers to align staffing with project requirements and pipeline demand Proactively monitor utilisation, managing bench and identifying resourcing risks and gaps Deliver forward-looking capacity and demand planning insights to support business growth Balance project needs with individual development goals to support talent retention and progression Provide reporting and analytics to inform hiring and workforce strategy Continuously improve resourcing processes, tools, and governance frameworks Candidate Profile We are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate: Proven experience in resource management, workforce planning, or scheduling, ideally within consulting or professional services Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders A highly organised and solutions-oriented approach Commercial awareness and the ability to balance competing priorities Strong analytical capability, with experience using resourcing or workforce management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Apply?
