We have an exciting role for you – Personal Assistant!
Responsibilities
* Executive and Calendar Management.
* Meeting and events coordination.
* Travel and Expenses, and General planning and monitoring.
* Handling of contract documents and signatures process.
* Excellent organisational, planning and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within and out with the organization.
* Ability to adapt to fast-moving deadlines and prioritise requests from multiple sources.
* Professional demeanour, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident user of Office 365 programs and quick learner of new systems.
* Comfortable working autonomously and proactively within remit of the role, as well as part of a team, both remotely and in person with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work to tight timescales and budget limits.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
* Strong background in event coordination and on‑site support.
* Skilled in organizing meetings, agendas, and scheduling logistics.
* Experienced in managing complex travel plans and itineraries.
* Competent in financial administration, including invoice and expense processing.
* Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficient in data collation, analysis, and reporting.
* Effective in overseeing office operations and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day workflows.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience
* Previous work experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant for senior management.
