Insurance Performance Manager – Salary of Circa £50,000 (National) and Circa £60,000 (London)
Locations – York, Bristol, Norwich, London
Contract – 14 months, Fixed term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Aviva are currently looking for an Insurance Performance Manager to join one of our major growth areas over the last year.
This is a great role for someone looking to bring their Insurance expertise to one of the country’s largest insurers, working in an area of key strategic focus.
A bit about the job:
The role, Insurance Performance Manager, is within Personal Lines Retail, which is one of Aviva’s major growth areas, often seen as its ‘shop window’ and the primary touch point for customers through its advanced digital channels.
We want to be the number one home and motor insurer in the market, and to achieve that we need to be ahead of our competitors with how we optimise our pricing and product propositions, with a challenge to grow our business and our market share significantly.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team for 14 months, to cover maternity leave.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to understand the market in which we operate, who find data driven solutions to performance issues through business insight, allowing us to make astute commercial decisions to drive the business forward.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market (ideally motor)
* Delivering and improving portfolio and product performance, by taking ownership and driving initiatives and outcomes
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to lead, engage, influence, and motivate direct and virtual teams, inspiring high performance
* Confidence in constructively challenging the status quo, leading change, simplifying, and adapting at pace
* Ability to source and analyse various sources of information, translating complex analysis into meaningful insight and action
What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary of Circa £50,000 (National) and Circa £60,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications).
* Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
