Hotel Director of Sales - Northern Ireland Great salary Bonus package Will assist with relocation Discounts at hotels across the group Hybrid working Free car parking Meals when on property As Hotel Director of Sales - Northern Ireland, you'll lead our Sales & Events team, build powerful client relationships, and deliver strategies that put our hotels at the forefront of the market. Working closely with General Managers, Revenue and Marketing, you'll combine creativity with commercial acumen to unlock new opportunities across corporate, leisure, golf tourism and events. What You'll Do Lead, inspire and develop the Sales & Events team, setting clear goals and coaching for success. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, local partners, and global stakeholders. Drive new business opportunities, with a focus on golf tourism, events and MICE. Oversee contracts, RFPs and negotiations through systems such as Delphi, Lanyon and Cvent. Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing to maximise demand, profitability and brand awareness. Represent our Northern Ireland hotels at trade shows, client events and networking opportunities. What We're Looking For Proven hotel sales leadership experience, ideally across multiple properties. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Track record of developing and delivering sales strategies that achieve targets. Knowledge of revenue management, RFP processes, and market trends. A commercially focused leader with the ability to coach, inspire and deliver results.
