Position: Insurance Advisor
We are actively seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful organization, where you will receive full on-the-job training and have the chance to earn industry-recognized qualifications.
About you:
* You enjoy engaging with people, listening, and building relationships to truly understand clients’ needs.
* You possess excellent problem-solving skills, capable of crafting tailored solutions for each client.
* You may currently work in sales and seek a career change; no prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, workshops, coaching, and support for industry qualifications.
* You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset. Success stories often come from team members with a passion for specific insurance types, such as equine, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, or fine art. Loving what you do helps you build rapport and provide the best solutions.
* You are ambitious. We promote from within; all leadership roles start as Insurance Advisor. We equip you with the tools, and all we ask is your desire to succeed.
