Utility Coordinator - Balfour Beatty (@one Alliance) - Drive a Greener Future with the @One Alliance. Location: Peterborough/Hybrid.
@one Alliance is a ground-breaking collaboration between Anglian Water and seven industry-leading partners: Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO. Together, we deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme. As we prepare for AMP8, we’ll deliver a broader range of innovative and environmentally-driven infrastructure projects – from urban drainage to nature-based solutions like constructed wetlands.
What you’ll be doing
As a Utility Coordinator, you’ll own the utility data process on your assigned projects from start to finish.
* Be the go-to person for utility information throughout the project lifecycle.
* Review, manage, and present data using digital tools such as GIS and BIM 360 Docs.
* Collaborate with project teams, designers, and external partners to ensure utility data is fit for purpose.
* Identify efficiencies through our Global Support Team and propose innovative ways to streamline processes.
* Promote and champion utility best practices across the alliance.
* Support onboarding of new starters, manage communications via our dedicated utility mailbox, and stay ahead of industry changes that impact how we work.
Who we’re looking for
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in the construction or utilities sector.
* Confidence using digital tools like ArcGIS or BIM.
* Understanding of key industry documentation (e.g., HSG47, CDM Regs, PAS 128 & 256).
* Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
