The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of a varied portfolio of schemes, including: £45m landmark hotel development in Edinburgh city centre £15m PBSA scheme in a prime location £10m serviced apartment project Major infrastructure and masterplanning work at Edinburgh Airport Leisure facilities, private residential schemes, steel-framed industrial sheds, and select projects in Newcastle/DurhamYou will manage projects from inception through to completion, taking responsibility for cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and client liaison.
