We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estate Service Manager. This is a hybrid role requiring travel and is a critical position responsible for the management of the council’s estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional estate management expertise. Manage and optimise the council’s estate portfolio, ensuring effective and efficient operations. Drive income generation strategies for the estate portfolio. Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver excellent estate services. Support in managing and resolving estate-related issues efficiently. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Estate Service Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of estate management, property laws, and relevant legislation. Ability to drive income generation and manage estates effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Flexible to travel as required. Why Apply? Competitive daily rate: £305.89 per day, with additional £400 - £500 DOE. A hybrid role with flexibility to balance office and remote working.
