We are now looking for an experienced Espresso Machine Technician to manage daily installation, maintenance, and servicing requirements. This role involves working with a range of commercial beverage equipment, ensuring all machines are installed, maintained, and operating to the highest standard. Experience in refrigeration would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation and setup of commercial espresso machines and grinders at customer sites
* Preperation of espresso machines and coffee grinders ready for despatch
* Routine maintenance and servicing both on‑site and within a 2‑hour radius of the company office and workshop.
* Coordinating service calls and installations with subcontractor partners across the UK
* Diagnosing and repairing espresso machines and grinders
* Providing technical support to customers via phone and email
* Managing spare parts inventory and liaising with suppliers
* Collaborating with manufacturing partners in Italy
* Maintaining accurate service records and reports
* Delivering excellent customer service and technical advice
About You
* Hands‑on experience with espresso machines is essential
* Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic understanding of plumbing
* Basic IT skills
* Health and safety awareness when handling equipment
* Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional early starts or later finishes
* Team‑oriented with a willingness to support other departments when needed
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
Working Hours
* Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
A full UK driving licence is essential. A company van will be provided during working hours.
