As the Propositions Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative business energy products and tariffs. Key responsibilities for the Propositions Manager:
* Lead the development, delivery, and enhancement of business energy propositions, aligned with company strategy and customer needs
* Manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, performance tracking, and improvements
* Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing tariffs and introduce innovative pricing structures
* Drive product improvements using KPIs, customer feedback, and market insights
* Develop and oversee project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams
* Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project goals
* Ensure products are successfully embedded into business-as-usual processes with appropriate handover and training
Skills and Experience required for the Proposition Manager:
* Experience within energy or utilities sectors is preferable
* Background in project management, proposition development, or similar roles
* Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Commercially aware with an understanding of market dynamics
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
