The Team
You’ll join our Training team, reporting to the Crew Planning Training Manager. This team is responsible for ensuring our pilots and cabin crew receive the training they need to keep our operation running smoothly and safely.
The Role
As Training Planning Officer, you’ll play a key part in planning and maintaining easyJet’s Pilot and Cabin Crew training rosters. You’ll ensure rosters are built efficiently and cost-effectively, taking fatigue into account and minimising any impact. You’ll also:
ØProduce and maintain training rosters in line with legal, company, industrial, and training agreements
ØCreate and update manuals and procedures
ØGenerate training-related statistics and reports
ØTest and maintain the AIMS system training module
ØSupport the annual budget process
ØCarry out audits and report on crew expiry issues
ØEnsure all recurrent, initial, and ad hoc training is planned and delivered on time
ØMonitor compliance and report any delays or issues
ØRun daily reports to ensure all rosters are legal and compliant
