We are looking for a confident, results-driven Internal Salesperson to join the team at our Tunbridge Wells Profit Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in telephone sales, ideally within the electrical wholesale industry.
The right candidate will be commercially aware, well-organised, and self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on customer service. You will be a skilled negotiator with excellent communication skills and solid product knowledge. A positive outlook and a can-do attitude are essential.
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
(Some flexibility may be required outside of core hours to meet business needs.)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer accounts, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and tracking progress through to completion.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone and in person, building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
3. Proactively develop existing accounts using effective sales methods and tailored propositions to drive growth and customer loyalty.
4. Support the branch in local promotions and contribute to marketing and sales initiatives.
5. Provide timely and accurate feedback, reports, and insights to assist management with planning and decision-making.
6. Carry out any additional tasks as required to support the smooth running of the branch.
