The Role - Engineering Apprenticeships Operational Manager
This key position will see you:
* Manage curriculum delivery for Mechanical and Electronic Engineering apprenticeships
* Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners
* Ensure exceptional quality assurance across all provision
* Lead a diverse team of lecturers and assessors
* Drive growth in the Engineering apprenticeship portfolio
Essential Requirements - Engineering Apprenticeships Operational Manager
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related subject
* Level 5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DET)
* Assessor and Verifier qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience teaching/assessing Engineering
* Proven track record meeting targets and ensuring successful outcomes
* Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and learner pathways
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
