We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated person to join our non-teaching Head of Year pastoral team on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate be paid the full-time salary for working 8.00am – 5.00pm, 40 hours per week, for 41 weeks of the year. As a Head of Year, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring outstanding standards of behaviour, attendance and the emotional wellbeing of all students in your year group. You will lead the culture and ethos of the academy in order that it is embedded in our students’ attitudes and behaviours. You will lead and implement programmes and events to develop the students’ self-regulation and emotional resilience.
