Work with any customers 3rd party providers to create and update support cases. Escalate and handover tickets when required. Provide regular and relevant updates to customers throughout the support process. Requirements Previous MSP Experience - Essential Driving License - Essential Right to work in the UK - Essential Minimum 1 year IT Support Experience IT Support Technician Skill Sets Previous Experience providing IT support.
