This position sits within the Group Sales & Marketing Function and plays a central role within The Ingenuity Group’s agency service offering. You will be responsible for client servicing and account management of agencies across two of our Group programmes, overseeing and optimising the experience of their success.


This role combines client servicing, programme delivery, strategic oversight and internal project coordination. You’ll be client-facing and hands-on, managing relationships with senior agency stakeholders while working collaboratively across internal teams in events, content and marketing, to ensure every touchpoint delivers measurable value.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Responsibilities

* Oversee the direction, positioning, and development of the Agency Growth Club and CMO Engagement Programme, ensuring both deliver strong value and align with group growth objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise client engagement, retention, and satisfaction across both programmes.
* Build and implement CRM and communication strategies to deepen client relationships and increase participation in wider Ingenuity initiatives.
* Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve efficiency, client value, and commercial return.
* Act as an internal ambassador for both programmes, ensuring alignment across marketing, content, and events teams.


2. Relationship Management Responsibilities

* Own the day-to-day management and satisfaction of all Agency Growth Club clients.
* Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with senior agency stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
* Ensure proactive communication across all touchpoints - onboarding, event participation, post-event engagement, and ongoing partnership management.
* Conduct monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews with clients to gather feedback, measure value, and identify growth opportunities.
* Represent the Ingenuity Group at industry events and act as a visible, credible face of our agency offering.


3. Operational Responsibilities

* Manage the scheduling and delivery of client meetings for Agency Growth Club participants at MAD//Meets events, ensuring quality outcomes and structured follow-up.
* Track and report client wins, ensuring commissions and success metrics are accurately recorded and billed.
* Create and manage an annual calendar of deliverables across both programmes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
* Manage and maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot), ensuring all client activity, touchpoints, and outcomes are logged and up to date.
* Lead post-event debriefs to evaluate success, capture insights, and refine processes for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For


* Proven experience in account management, client services, or programme delivery, ideally within a marketing, media, or events environment.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
* Strong strategic thinking, with a commercial mindset and attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Confident and credible when engaging with C-suite stakeholders across agencies and brands.
* A proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and take initiative.
* A natural relationship-builder with a client-first mindset.
* Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and leveraging data to optimise client experience
