The Opportunity
This is a leadership role on our Consumer Products & Retail team. You will develop client relationships, scope solutions, and work across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Focus on delivery of challenging transformation projects across CPR and other core sectors.
* Demonstrate intellectual strength and flexibility to understand complex problems and rationalise them into workable solutions.
* Provide rigorous analysis, research, and use relevant datasets to drive fact‑based decision making.
* Work within a team environment, committed to achieving solutions under pressure and balancing multiple priorities.
* Bring a strong interest in developing and delivering leading‑edge solutions for clients.
* Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills, presenting robust, evidence‑based messages.
* Deliver high‑quality output against project objectives and meet tight deadlines.
Skills and Attributes
* Strong experience with a consulting firm or in industry, ideally in core sectors.
* Strong academic record and third‑level degree.
* Experience in client‑facing roles with evidence of stakeholder engagement and communication success.
Additional Experience (Ideal)
* Strategy implementation: design, development of long‑term roadmaps, implementation planning, best‑practice models.
* Trend analyses to assess market landscape and guide business‑model reinvention.
* Operating model design and development, including interim/target models and facilitation of workshops.
* Supporting development of business and commercial cases for new investment or policy changes.
Consumer Products & Retail Experience
* Background in Business, Economics, Food Production or Operations.
* Experience in consumer products, retail or agri‑food sectors, focusing on strategic reviews, operating‑model design and transformation planning.
* Knowledge of key sector trends, challenges and disruptors.
* Track record of successful design and delivery of transformation projects.
