A welcoming, inclusive, and community-centred primary school in Hounslow is looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team from September 2025. What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting engaging, play-based learning in Nursery or Reception
* Assisting with the delivery of the EYFS framework, including observations and next steps
* Helping to foster children's personal, social, and emotional development
* Creating inviting, interactive learning spaces that spark curiosity
* Supporting early phonics, numeracy, and communication skills
* Providing tailored 1:1 or small group support-including for children with SEND
What We're Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (CACHE or equivalent)
* Hands-on experience in a nursery, preschool, or school-based EYFS setting
* A warm, nurturing personality with a playful, child-centred approach
* Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
* A team player who's proactive, reliable, and full of positivity
* Someone who wants to make a real impact in children's earliest learning experiences
What We Offer:
* 86- 100 per day, paid weekly via PAYE or umbrella
* Full-time, term-time only (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm)
