The Role They are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of the school team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
As an Intervention Lead you will be expected to lead and deliver a high-quality personalised learning provision for a range of learners across the 4 broad areas of need.
Interventions on a 1-2-1 and small group basis are essential to ensure that all students thrive and make progress from their individual starting points.
