* Deliver a broad range of building surveying services across commercial, residential, education and mixed-use sectors
* Take responsibility for client relationships and project delivery
* Support and mentor junior members of the team
* Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Oxford office
* Work closely with senior leadership on strategic objectives
About You
* Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or working towards chartership
* Proven experience within a consultancy environment
* Strong technical building surveying background
* Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
