Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with around 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a structured project or transformation environment. We would value a formal Business Analyst qualification. We need experience with use cases, user stories, process maps, activity diagrams, and Visio. Experience working with Agile, PRINCE2, or similar delivery methodologies would be useful. We need strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships. We are looking for someone who can ask the right questions, challenge constructively, and translate complex or unclear requirements into clear documentation. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently with limited hand-holding. You need the ability to understand business problems and turn them into practical, deliverable solutions. Responsibilities: We work closely with internal stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and business requirements. We map out As-Is and To-Be processes and help shape better ways of working. We run discovery sessions with internal teams and gather business information. We document processes, produce requirements, and create use cases and user stories. We support the development of prototypes or storyboards where needed. We work with project teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. We contribute to testing activity, including creating test plans and supporting business users through testing phases. We help translate business challenges into practical solutions that technical teams can deliver. We provide clear recommendations for process and business improvements. We act as the bridge between the business and technology teams.
