My client is seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and drive client engagement at this iconic 5-star hotel in Central London. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee a high-performing sales team and implement strategies to maximise performance across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
* Represent the hotel at industry events, tradeshows, and hosted experiences.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
* Work closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to align sales with operational goals.
