Client Relations Manager – Alliance Manchester Business School, The University of Manchester
We invite you to apply for the Client Relations Manager role at Alliance Manchester Business School, part of The University of Manchester. This role supports the growth of our open programme business within Executive Education, serving as the first point of contact between key accounts and the school.
Role Overview
The Client Relations Manager will develop and maintain high‑trust relationships with senior leaders, including heads of HR, L&D, and Organisation Development, across private and public sector organisations. You will manage the recruitment funnel—from first contact to successful application—while building a sustainable pipeline of potential applicants.
Responsibilities
* Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers to promote our open programmes.
* Guide prospects through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth transition to successful application.
* Maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential applicants.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to represent the “voice of the customer” and uphold learner and client experience standards.
* Demonstrate excellence in rapport, communication, influencing, listening, presentation, organisation, account management, and customer service.
Qualifications
* Track record of achieving targets in a client‑relations or business‑development role.
* Significant experience in consultative selling.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Passion for continuous learning and development.
