This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Assistant Site Manager to join a premium brand renowned for delivering high quality homes, exceptional customer service, and innovative developments.
With a strong pipeline of projects secured throughout 2026, this developer continues to grow and is now seeking a motivated individual to support the successful delivery of key residential developments in and around Aberdeen.
The Role:
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy new build housing development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the day-to-day management of all site activities, including labour and subcontractor coordination.
* Supporting the delivery programme, ensuring homes are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
* Delivering excellent customer service through customer walkarounds and home handovers.
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety across the development.
* Ensuring NHBC compliance and supporting all quality control procedures on site.
* Helping to maintain a well-organised, clean, and efficient site environment.
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience within new build construction projects.
* Housebuilding experience would be highly desirable.
* A motivated and goal-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* A genuine passion for the housebuilding industry and delivering quality homes.
* Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
