Experience / Qualifications: - Must have proven experience working as a Fire Door Engineer - It is preferrable that candidates hold an NVQ in Joinery - Will hold the BM TRADA and FDIS Fire Door Inspector - Ideally will hold the FIRAS Fire Door Installation ticker - Able to work across a range of client sites - Strong technical knowledge - Good literacy and IT skills The Role: - Thoroughly inspecting existing fire doors to establish any required remedial duties - Undertaking general maintenance, repairs and servicing on fire doors - Completing some installations of fire doors - Meeting with clients to provide technical recommendations - Working in accordance with FIRAS guidelines - Travelling in line with company requirements - Working to agreed deadlines and targets - Producing detailed reports Alternative Job titles: Fire Door Joiner, Fire Door Inspector, Fire Door Installer.
