Role Description
This is a full-time, role for a Regional Sales Manager, covering the South West region of England. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations of Crushing & Screening Equipment within this region. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales management, account management, and customer relationship management
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
* Knowledge of the quarrying, mining, waste management, material handling, recycling, or composting industries is advantageous
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Willingness to travel within the designated region as required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
