Credit Controller
Location: Hamilton (Head Office)
Hours: Full-time Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
We are currently seeking an experienced credit controller to join our Head Office Sales Ledger team based in Hamilton.
What you will do:
✔ Regularly communicating with customers to maintain an up to date ledger
✔ Liaising with management to ensure any problems are dealt with efficiently
✔ Ensure all systems are updated regularly to help with all accounting aspects
✔ Contact customers in a professional manner to obtain payment for accounts
✔ Ensuring accounts are paid within the agreed credit terms
Your skills & experience will include:
✔ Previous experience in credit control is essential (minimum 2 years)
✔ Proficient in Excel and good IT skills
✔ Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
✔ Work well within a team environment
✔ Organised and able to use own initiative to prioritise work
✔ Knowledge of Kerridge system is preferred but not essential
