About the role
The Marketing Coordinator role is a new position within the Operations arm of the Moorepay marketing team. The role-holder will work with core stakeholders across marketing, sales, onboarding and finance - primarily within the marketing team - to enable the effective delivery of marketing operations and execution.
Reporting into the Planning & Campaigns Manager, day-to-day duties will involve managing schedules, tracking campaign metrics, handling administrative tasks and assisting in budget tracking - helping to coordinate and facilitate the smooth and successful operation of the marketing team .
In particular, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the finance team to ensure budget and spend is appropriately catalogued, and that all Purchase Orders and Requisition administration is logged and completed in accordance with Group standards. The role-holder will also collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and external parties to help coordinate events, manage logistics and support execution.
