Role Description
As an Account Executive, you will support new and existing accommodation partners, building their web pages and training them to use Booking.com’s extranet and tools that improve availability and supply.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
* Daily proactive communication with partners by phone, internal messaging and occasionally in person to assist business development.
* Build positive relationships to ensure partners offer the best availability and rate structure.
* Discuss opportunities with partners to improve business using Booking.com BV’s internal priority‑setting tool.
* Participate in weekly team learning sessions.
* Advise partners on their webpages and help them amend data related to supply, availability, specials and promotions.
* Support properties and Booking.com BV in building webpages or maintaining property information on the Booking.com website.
* Deliver phone training to new or existing properties on using Booking.com’s extranet and rates & availability system.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent face‑to‑face and telephone communication skills.
* Proficient English speaker and writer.
* Affinity or experience in e‑travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus.
* Pro‑active, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
* Great teammate, motivated and enjoys working in e‑travel and hospitality.
