About the Role
If you love footwear, fashion, and people, Clarks is the place to be. As a Sales Team Member, you'll be in the thick of the action, helping customers find shoes they'll adore.
The role
You will be the face of Clarks, welcoming customers into the store. Building rapport by asking questions about their preferences, providing advice, and closing sales are key responsibilities. You'll also assist in keeping the store tidy and support stockroom activities. With our comprehensive training, including coaching and product knowledge, you'll be equipped to meet targets and excel in your role.
About you
You are good with people, a team player, and enjoy working on the shop floor. Your natural instinct helps you know when to make suggestions and when to let customers decide. An interest in fashion and footwear is essential, and experience in a similar role is beneficial. Flexibility in working hours is also important.
