Working Hours 11:00am-4.30pm. We are looking for a Female Support Worker to provide exceptional person-centred support to our service user delivered in the family home. Providing home and community- based support for a 32year old woman diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia, currently living with her mother and three sisters. You will support the service user with: Personal hygiene, laundry and cleaning. Meal planning, shopping, safe cooking and healthy eating Budgeting and finances. Community activities by public transport such as; shopping and park walks. Attending medical appointments. Implement day to day of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment. Maintain effective communication and liaison with service user, family and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. To maintain accurate notes and records. Location & Hours: Working from the service users’ home, in the community and returning to the Ivy House to complete reports daily. Ivy House Virtual Tour 27.5 hours per week, 11:00am-4.30pm.
