The Role
We are looking for an experienced Catering Butcher to join our team. The role involves preparing meat for hospitality customers, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship, consistency, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Boning, cutting, portioning, and trimming beef, pork, lamb, and poultry to specification
* Burger and Sausage Making
* Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
* Working efficiently in a busy team environment
* Following established systems, processes, and production schedules
Requirements
* Strong knife skills and proven butchery experience
* Good knowledge of portion control and meat preparation techniques
* Excellent work ethic with reliability and punctuality
* Ability to work well in a team and follow procedures
