Successful candidates will have a strong research trajectory in Information Systems / Digital Business with significant potential to produce high-esteem publications that adhere to our standards of excellence and generate research income, contributing to our group’s growing international reputation. As a Senior Lecturer in Information Systems / Digital Business, you will be responsible for undertaking research and teaching on topics such as digital transformation and the impact of emerging technologies (such as AI, among others). Successful Senior Lecturer candidates will have an established track-record of research outputs and experience, with an international reputation and standing, along with evidence of internal and external leadership and management experience in teaching and research.
You will contribute to the research profile of the Information Systems and Operations Subject Group in Newcastle University Business School by publishing in internationally recognised journals, demonstrating research impact, and securing external research funding. Additionally, you will develop and deliver programmes at Newcastle University Business School, ensuring an outstanding teaching experience for our students.
