G.Digital have partnered with a leading UK consultancy, to help them find an exceptional Senior User Researcher.
You’ll be joining a fantastic, collaborative User-Centred Design team that delivers impactful projects across public and private sectors, from healthcare and government to retail and enterprise.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with consultancy experience, strong GDS knowledge, and the ability to lead, mentor, and drive meaningful change through user-centred design.
Key responsibilities include:
* Demonstrable experience as a User Researcher in agile teams and complex programmes
* Consultancy background with proven stakeholder-facing skills
* Strong end-to-end delivery experience (discovery through to implementation)
* Expertise in a range of user research methods and tools with clear, actionable outputs
* Experience running Discoveries and Alphas to GDS Standard
* Ability to mentor UCD/research colleagues and contribute to community growth
* A genuine team player mindset. Collaborative, supportive, and solutions-focused
* Scope and deliver user research activities across projects and programmes
* Collaborate with a high-performing UCD team, ensuring research insights shape design and delivery
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, gaining alignment and buy-in
* Facilitate workshops and research sessions (remote and in-person) with confidence
* Support clients through all phases of the design process, from ideation to implementation
* Play a part in business development, supporting bids and proposals with UCD expertise
You will be driving:

* Clear deliverables that articulate problems, scope, and success criteria
* Workshops and collaborative sessions that uncover opportunities and align teams
