Come and be part of this exciting journey The Role: As an Administrator, you'll be the glue that supports our fast-moving teams across departments, from B2B and Procurement to HR and beyond. This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days look the same. You'll provide essential administrative support to team members, helping the business stay efficient, organised and agile. You'll work closely with spreadsheets, manage documentation, support internal processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business. What You’ll Do: • Support multiple departments with a wide range of administrative tasks • Use Excel and Google Sheets to manage and track key data — including pivot tables, filters, and VLOOKUPS is preferred but NOT required • Maintain and update records, reports, documentation and internal systems • Attend meetings, take notes, and circulate follow-ups as needed • Work from limited instructions and use your initiative to get tasks done effectively • Assist with internal coordination and communication between teams • Provide ad hoc support to managers and team leads as business needs evolve Why You? • Proficient using a PC and comfortable learning new software quickly • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word • Familiarity with Google Sheets and cloud-based tools is a plus • Organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills • Able to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision • Adaptable and flexible, capable of supporting different teams and changing priorities • Strong communicator, both written and verbal • Confident in taking meeting notes and turning them into clear actions • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow Why Us? • High-performance culture – we don’t do coasting or mediocrity • Diverse & inclusive team – your background doesn't matter, your talent does • Real impact – every role here keeps quality electronics out of landfills • Sustainability focused – we don't just talk about being green; we innovate and take action • Career growth – promotions based on impact, not tenure Qualifications Are Valued, Not Required While qualifications and formal education are appreciated, they are not the sole criteria for our hiring decisions.
