Sales Executive Manager - New Business (Manufacturing)
Our client, an Autodesk reseller is looking for two New Business Sales Executive Managers to drive growth within key industry verticals. These are hunter-focused roles, responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.
The Role
Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities within your assigned industry
Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new customers
Apply an Outcome-Based Selling approach to understand customer needs and deliver value-led solutions
Lead sales conversations and presentations with senior decision-makers
Position high-value solutions and services aligned to customer objectives
Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery and customer success teams
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reporting
Track market trends, competitors and industry developments
About You
Proven success in new business sales / business development, ideally within software or SaaS
Strong background in either :
* AEC: design, construction, infrastructure, project delivery
* Manufacturing: product development, engineering, production workflows
Comfortable selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate business value
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Willing to travel within the region as required
Experience from construction technology, manufacturing software, or adjacent platforms is highly desirable. Candidates from outside traditional reseller channels are strongly encouraged to apply
