We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Reception Manager to join our team at The Arts Club in Mayfair. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and inspire a team of receptionists. You will ensure that our members and guests receive a warm welcome and an unparalleled experience from the moment they enter The Arts Club.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Supervise, train, and motivate the reception team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Handle member and guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of club facilities, services, events, and local amenities.
* Assist in the management of membership records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
* Monitor and manage the reception budget, ensuring cost-effective practices without compromising service quality.
* Address and resolve any complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the Reception Manager or other departments as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.
* Support the Reception Manager in various administrative duties and projects as required.
