If you have a history of guiding large teams to achieve outstanding commercial results, a self-driven and proactive mindset, and a talent for coaching and developing others, we would love to hear from you. \n\n Day to day, you’ll be leading your people to deliver both individual and team objectives, including driving revenue combined with a great customer experience.
You’ll also be communicating with stakeholders from across the business ensuring a clear strategy and support for your store.
