We’re expanding our team to meet that ambition and build on our position as a trusted delivery partner for enterprise-wide SAP and Finance programmes.
We’re now looking for experienced, high-performing individuals to join us on that journey. We’re currently hiring a Senior Manager level Finance Consultant to support our SAP Projects and Clients. You’ll bring strong functional knowledge, a consulting mindset, and the drive to deliver real impact — both for our clients and for your own development.

What your days will look like
1. Providing Leadership and Functional Consulting within SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
2. Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Director Level
3. Assisting in the financial management and control of client engagements
4. Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
5. Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
6. Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
7. Shaping and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
8. Influencing clients’ use of automation/iRPA
This role is for you if
9. You have extensive experience in SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance Consulting
10. You have strong Knowledge of 2-3 functional areas within SAP S/4HANA Finance,
11. You have done Multiple end to end implementations in SAP ECC FICO and/or S4/HANA Finance projects
12. You have experience of CO-PA, FSCM, Fixed Assets or RAR are desirable skills
13. Solution Team Lead experience of between 3-8 people
14. 3-4 End to End Finance transformation programmes enabled by SAP, with at least one of those being utilising S/4HANA
15. Previous consulting experience is a must!
16. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building
17. Pre sales experience and an accounting background or qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
