Teaching Personnel has an exciting opportunity for an Early Years SEN Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality education and support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Primary schools within Trafford, Greater Manchester.
The Candidate
Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years SEN Teacher capable of creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for pupils with SEN? Candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Experience supporting students with SEN, preferably in an Early Years setting.
3. Experience working on a 1:1 basis with SEN pupils.
4. A creative approach to learning, utilizing interactive and practical strategies to engage pupils.
5. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with parents, school staff, and outside agencies to create a supportive learning environment.
6. A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom teaching.
7. A strong understanding of SEN needs and how to create an inclusive learning environment.
8. Ability to assist with personal care as required.
9. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new DBS check.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential for permanence later.
