We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer permanent, 27 hours a week.
The role is primarily office based with flexible home working arrangements based on business needs.
Main Responsibilities
We are looking to appoint an experienced Executive Support Officer with a 'can do' attitude to join the team.
You will work closely with our Senior Leadership/Wider Leadership Teams, providing an exceptional level of support and regularly engage with other areas of the Council.

Some of your responsibilities will include:-
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership Team/Wider Leadership Team.
Manage and maintain appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking action notes/minutes.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for you to have,
Proven experience in an executive support or similar role
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational abilities
Proactive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A 'can do' attitude to join the team
Experience in taking action notes of meetings, some of these being in-house and multi-agency meetings.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision“We’re happy to talk flexible working”
The Interview date is Wednesday 17th September 2025 which will be held face to face in Staffordshire Place 1.
