Role
As an eBilling Support Analyst, reporting to the Billing Manager, you will work closely with the wider Finance Team to support the firm's end-to-end eBilling process from client implementation through to successful delivery of the e-billed invoice to the client.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain complex relationships with clients and key stakeholder groups including Practice Groups, Working Capital Management, Finance Operations, IT, Global Client teams and 3rd party suppliers
* Accurately input and maintain data in vendor systems such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink among others
* Timely and accurately submit invoices to the appropriate platforms
* Report, monitor and resolve any invoice rejections
* Maintain eBilling mailboxes and respond to queries promptly
* Provide effective training and support to Billing teams in the UK and International Offices
Qualifications
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in legal billing
* Strong knowledge of legal billing systems and eBilling platforms
* Familiarity with law firm billing guidelines and compliance requirements
