As an Apprentice your duties are to include;
* Conduct Induction training for new starters.
* Order training supplies and materials.
* Support with the issue of documents for delivering training
Full Company induction and ongoing on -the -job training provided.
Smart Training will provide a nationally recognized Learning and Development Practitioner at Level 3 Apprenticeship.
On completion of the Apprenticeship a full time position maybe offered on completion of the Apprenticeship and a satisfactory probationary period.
Requirements You will occasionally work in a manufacturing environment, duties would be conducted in a standing position, some lifting involved, the environment is sometimes noisy and warm and you could be working in the presence of machinery.
