We’re seeking a commercially sharp, results-driven NAM to manage a portfolio of customers and deliver best-in-class customer strategy. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead joint business planning, drive profitable growth, and build DCS market share by aligning supplier and customer ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver supplier objectives through strong Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
Own the full customer strategy, from relationship management to forecasting and commercial execution
Understand your customer in depth — KPIs, formats, pricing, supply chain, marketing strategy, and more
Collaborate on accurate volume and value forecasting
Model and manage long-term account plans, including full analysis of ROI on supplier investments
Control budgeted customer investment and efficiently manage invoice and claims processes
Set up and monitor rebates/accruals
Influence core range and distribution opportunities
Track and interpret EPOS and competitor data to identify opportunities
Maintain rigorous standards around compliance, especially related to the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) of medicinal products
Produce actionable reports for internal and external stakeholders
Experience & Skills:
Results-oriented, with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent commercial acumen and ownership of P&L
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven customer focus with advanced influencing and negotiation capabilities
Forecasting, planning, and category management experience
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business email communication
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
